- Assists the store manager supervising the store operations and ensuring compliance with standards

The Responsibilities of this Job Post are:
- Opening and closing store during work shifts.
- Responsible for supporting and implementing customer service standards following Domino’s rules.
- Take customer orders via phone, online or in person.
- Supervise the store team ensuring that they follow the Company rules and policies
- Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in every order and customer interaction.
- Promote offers and promotional products. Ensure employees promote the offers according to the priorities during each day.
- Encourages employees to generate sales of products add-ons
- Prepares products to serve customer orders.
- Manages cash register and customer transactions
- Balances cash register and makes banks deposits as needed.
- Prepares the store for operations according to Domino’s standards, including make line, boxes, etc.
- Prepares vegetables, meats and dough to a support client orders. Ensure products are fresh and used on proper dates
- Manages the store organization to ensure all items are stored properly
- Perfoms daily inventory
- Ensures and participates in the cleaning of the store.
- If necessary, does home deliveries.
- Supports the manager in the delivery of sales goals, rallies employees to create a positive culture at the store level
