Scope of Responsibility:
- The PR&CC Logistics Coordinator is responsible for effectively managing Logistics operations and support commercial team to strenthgen our engagement and collaboration initiatives on the ground. The PR&CC Logistics Coordinator should ensure continous availability of our products to achieve sales and customer expectations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate people, materials, equipment, and Logistics processes with 3PL to deliver site performance objectives.
- Ensure the effectiveness of warehouse, transport, and co-packer operations
- Lead and guarantee the logistic operations in conjunction with the CBS team for Caricom and Puerto Rico
- Support the delivery process to customers in Puerto Rico and Caricom.
- Sustain the EOHS and Business Readiness processes for Puerto Rico and Caricom.
- Oversee all situations involving the administration and logistics operations.
- Supports warehouse leader in logistic functions
- Prepare various Supply Chain reports, including analysis and recommendations.
- Work on continuous improvement to optimize distribution network and customer service.
- Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Logistics, or Supply Chain experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fully bilingual, Spanish & English (Oral & written)
- SAP experience
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Materials Management, Industrial Engineer
