Requirements for membership of this Job Post are:
- Candidates must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Will be handling Inbound and Outbound calls from US customers.
- Available to work rotating shifts from 9 am until 12 am EST.
- Proven abilities of dealing with customers in a service or sales environment.
- Availability to work from 9:00 am to 12:00 am all days including weekends.
- Must be fully bilingual.
- This is not a home based position.
- Availability for paid training from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm for 3 weeks.
