Los Requisitos para pertenecer a este Grupo de Trabajo son:
  • Education: Bachelor degree. Engineering or technical degree is highly desired.
  • Language: Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
  • Technology: CRM, ERP and MS Office proficiency.
  • Experience: At least two years of sales experience, developing new business/ clients, negotiation with direct clients and manage distributors. Experience with other countries in Central America is required.

Primary Purpose of the Position:

  • Play an active role in growing the Cluster Consumer and Commercial Business Units by delivering upon sales targets established with existing accounts and acquiring new businesses, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth and safeguarding the organization long-term success.
  • Develop and nurture relationships and strategic partnerships with key accounts and retail dealers and fleet distributors throughout the assigned territory.
  • Execute Business Units strategy, develop tactical sales plans to achieve share of market, financial objectives and sales quota per client throughout the calendar year.
  • Manages business processes that are strategically linked to the success of the organization.
  • Develop bi-weekly tactical sales plans, upload and update information in the CRM application: such as frequency of visits or prospecting (cold calls, trade events attendance, referrals, etc. to locate and qualify leads) and monitor sales performance per client and geography.
