Position Purpose:
- Responsible for the development, execution and maintenance of analysis and reporting to support the System of the Future transactions and other structural changes. Utilizes financial, operational and marketplace knowledge to gather information and conduct analysis that accurately depict impact of refranchising and other structural changes on CCNA performance.
- Work closely with upper management to identify and leverage key data sources, reporting, and analytical frameworks to incorporate into development of analysis to support monthly financial reporting, business planning and/or business performance. Conduct sensitivity analysis and present findings to team and others.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase sales
- Collect sales record & trend and evaluate performance measures against PY, RE and BP
- Assist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling forecast including sales to budget variance analysis
- Communicate sales reporting and sales forecasting to Senior Management
- Analyze results and set-up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas and general guidance.
- Generate ad hoc reporting
- Provide customized reporting and recommendations in support of ongoing business decisions or initiatives
- Communicate results to key stakeholders in order to support business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations
Specialized Technical Skills Required:
- Ability to build and maintain complete computer applications and programs that perform analysis, organize data and create reports from various sources
- Advanced quantitative and analytical skills
- Highly developed reporting and modeling skills in excel
- Expert knowledge of key data systems and sources: SAP, BPC/FDW, Margin Minder, Matrix
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Business, or other highly analytical disciplines
Professional Experience:
- 2 or more years of business reporting and analysis experience required, preferably in the food and/or CPG industry or related consulting
- Previous multi-functional experience required, including strategic planning, business planning, financial and business analysis, marketing and/or operation
