This position is suitable for someone with at least three years of strategy consulting experience or corporate general management / internal consulting experience. Spanish is welcome but not required. Competitive compensation package depending on experience and relocation to Puerto Rico is provided.

Our San Juan, Puerto Rico-based, boutique strategy consulting firm requires an associate principal-ranked analyst. You will work directly with the firm’s principal and local colleagues as well as with US-based clients and service providers. The firm primarily consults to US consumer professional service firms in the areas of marketing, human capital and finance; the firm also pursues opportunities in real estate, leisure/hospitality, technology, and media. The firm’s clients source a large majority of their clients from a wide variety of internet advertising and lead generation channels, and are (relative to the typical professional services firm) very forward in their use and deployment of technology. 

This position requires meaningful strategy, technology or marketing consulting experience, with significant exposure to clients that rely upon internet marketing and lead generation.  Like any other consulting role, hours are long and travel will be regularly required, although this position is primarily based in Puerto Rico to which relocation is required.  The base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $200,000 depending on experience and performance-based bonuses are offered as well.
