Position Overview:
- Develops the Human Resources business plans for Caribbean Refrescos, Inc. and integrates that strategy into client areas.
- Provide direction on planning and strategy for organization design, staffing, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits.
- This role also serves as a key strategic resource for the Global
- Compensation and Benefits group in Atlanta, GA.
- Therefore, an in-depth knowledge of US laws in addition to local Puerto Rico law is essential.
- This position reports to the Plant General Manger – CRI and is a member of the plant’s Leadership Team.

Related Work Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the HR field including at least 7 years as an HR Manager overseeing EEO, Training and Development, Occupational Health and Safety, Organizational Development, Associate Relations, Recruitment and Performance, and significant exposure to Compensation and Benefits with an emphasis on plan administration and design. This role also serves as a key strategic resource for the Global Compensation and Benefits group in Atlanta, GA. Therefore, an in-depth knowledge of US laws in addition to local Puerto Rico law is essential.
